Prairie Oaks Estates – Wisconsin Dells – Adams County
Prairie Oaks Estates is located in the City of Wisconsin Dells and consists of approximately 167 lots in four phases. The first phase is approximately 28 acres. The developed lots will range in size from 0.35 – 0.78 acres and will be serviced by city water and sewer. TEAM provided engineering for all phases of the project including: final roadway and drainage design, stormwater management plan, design of sanitary sewer and watermain distribution system, and obtained all local and DNR permits.
